Policy version: 1.0
This Privacy Policy outlines how MediAlert, developed by Shukhrat Khannanov, collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the MediAlert mobile application ("App"). This privacy policy applies to the App and all services offered by MediAlert.
1. No Collection of Personal or Non-Personal Information
MediAlert is committed to protecting the User’s privacy. The App is designed not to collect any personal or non-personal information from the User. As such, the App does not gather, store, or process any data related to the USer’s identity, behaviour, or device usage.
2. Data Storage and Security
All medication and notification data is exclusively stored locally on the User’s device and is encrypted for security. This data is entirely under the User’s control and is not accessible to the developer or any third parties. The App does not collect, share, or use this data for any purpose.
3. Notifications and Privacy
The App provides medication reminder notifications as a core feature. The User has the option to set certain medications as private. For these private entries, notifications are designed to avoid displaying sensitive information, ensuring the confidentiality of your medical details. All notification data is stored and managed locally without the use of third-party services.
4. No External Sharing or Third-Party Services
MediAlert does not share any data with third parties, as we do not collect any user data. The App operates independently without integrating third-party services that access or store user data.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
MediAlert reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be indicated by an updated revision date at the top of this policy. The User is encouraged to periodically review this policy for any changes.
